Ingredients

4 chicken thighs (any type)
1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Salt, pepper, and seasoning of choice
Instructions
Pat chicken dry. Rub with oil and seasonings.
Place in air fryer basket, no overlap.
Cook according to type/size (see timing table above).
Flip halfway if boneless.
Rest 2–3 minutes. Serve hot.

Cook Times:
- Boneless: 10–12 min at 400°F
- Bone-in: 16–20 min at 400°F
- Skinless: 13–15 min at 390°F
- Frozen: 380°F 10 min, then 400°F 10–15 min
