Description

A natural, metabolism-boosting tonic that’s simple, quick, and easy to work into your morning routine.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar: (Use raw, unfiltered ACV with “the mother” for best benefits)
  • Juice from ½ a fresh lemon: (Roughly 1 tablespoon)
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper: (Start small — just a dash)
  • ¾ cup warm water: (Not boiling! Just warm enough to activate the ingredients and soothe your stomach)

Optional Add-ins

You can customize the drink with the following extras if needed:

  • ⅛ teaspoon baking soda – helps reduce acidity if your stomach is sensitive
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon – adds flavor and may stabilize blood sugar
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon raw honey – to cut the sourness (optional if you’re avoiding sugar)

Instructions

Step One

Warm up about ¾ cup of water. It should be warm, not hot — think of cozy tea temperature.

Step Two

In a glass or mug, add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.

Step Three

Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon — make sure it’s fresh for full vitamin C impact.

Step Four

Add a small pinch of cayenne pepper. You don’t need much! A dash goes a long way.

Step Five (Optional)

Mix in baking soda if you need to neutralize the acidity, cinnamon for flavor or blood sugar support, or honey for a softer taste.

Step Six

Stir the mixture well until everything dissolves into the warm water. No clumps, no floating flakes.

Step Seven

Drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. You can sip it slowly or take it as a quick shot — whichever feels right to you.
