- A slice of raw ginger (peeled)
- One cup of warm water (not hot, not cold — think bathwater warm)
- One teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- A touch of raw honey (optional — especially if you’re fasting)
Instructions
- Squeeze the lemon into your mug — remove seeds.
- Grate or thin-slice the ginger — add it in.
- Pour in warm water — stir slowly.
- Add apple cider vinegar — mix well.
- Drink it on an empty stomach — ideally right after waking up.
