Description

Here’s the base pink salt drink for weight loss recipe everyone’s talking about. It’s quick, simple, and has no weird ingredients you can’t pronounce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • Half tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • Half a fresh lemon squeezed
  • 8 to 10 oz warm water of warm water — not boiling, just warm enough to dissolve the salt
  • Optional: a bit of raw honey if the taste’s too strong


Instructions

  1. Mix the warm water with the pink salt until fully dissolved
  2. Add in the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice
  3. Stir it all up and sip it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
