Ingredients

- A tall glass of cold water (around 12 oz)
- Juice from half a lemon
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- A small pinch of baking soda (optional, not more than 1/8 tsp)
- A few cubes of ice
- Optional: dash of cayenne, 1 teaspoon of raw honey
Instructions
- Pour the cold water into a glass
- Add lemon juice and ACV
- Drop in your baking soda slowly (it may fizz a bit)
- Stir gently
